Made some hot sauce

Made some hot sauce by blending peppers and champagne vinegar and reducing.
It was good next time I'll try cider vinegar

still getting a onza peppers

The Onza is still doing well. However getting a lot of flowers dropping
from the 7-pot pepper. The 6 or so pods are still hanging in there.

I got a set of T5 florescent lights to try to keep the peppers going.
